The 25th floor Observation Deck is visited by millions of tourists every year and offers floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall, windows that have been specially treated with a non-glare finish for optimal photo taking. Educational information boards are on display to enhance the experience.

The Konica Minolta offers an observation deck with 360-degree views of the Canadian Horseshoe falls and the Niagara Falls area.
